This restaurant features a kasujiru (sake lees soup) broth made with sake lees directly from the brewery, a recipe passed down since the restaurant's opening. The rich, flavorful meat and fat of the "Kyoto Hiyoshi Pork" pair perfectly with the broth, creating a hot pot that you can enjoy to the very last bite, thanks to the deep, rich flavor and sweetness of the kasujiru.

We offer inner thigh meat from Omi beef, one of Japan's three most famous wagyu brands. By deliberately selecting A4 grade beef, it has just the right amount of marbling and is not greasy.
