Our cuisine is based on authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by our kappo and kaiseki chefs using seasonal fish and vegetables, including Uoman's signature hearty sashimi platter. We offer a wide range of dishes, from meal menus to snacks to go with alcohol and reasonably priced options.
