Soup: Grilled conger eel, Matsutake mushroom, Flying dragon head, Clear soup (Maple leaf gluten, Mitsuba, Sudamanashi) Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, striped horse mackerel, sea bream, and a full set of garnishes. Grilled dish: Grilled silver salmon with saikyo miso and autumn cedar wood-grilled berries (chestnut, sardines, sweet potato). Side dish: Deep-fried sea bream wrapped in sea urchin (seasonal mushrooms, perilla leaves, seaweed salt, lemon). Main dish: Kyoto Tanba Hiyoshi pork in soy milk hot pot.
