Our soba noodles are made with 100% domestic buckwheat flour and do not use any fillers.

At our store, we use soba grown in the same environment as soba from Hitachiota, Ibaraki Prefecture, a famous soba production area.
We use Tochiusu brand buckwheat flour from Tochigi Prefecture.
