Sea bream rice style rizo pilaf cooked in an iron pan and oven!
A CRAU specialty, sea bream rice cooked using Western cooking techniques. You can transform it into a slightly different flavor by adding three carefully selected condiments: aioli sauce, basil sauce, and lemon! We also recommend the deep-flavored squid ink black rizo pilaf, cooked in the style of squid ink paella, with a condensed umami flavor!
CRAU's recommended dessert! Seasoning "Brownie"! Vanilla ice cream and brownies are placed on a hot iron plate and chocolate sauce is poured on right in front of the customers. Video recording is a must!
