◆全国から選りすぐりの食材が集まる大阪中央卸売市場で、季節ごとの鮮魚を買い付け
その時期・その土地でしか味わえない海鮮を、お造りや寿司、天麩羅など様々な調理法でお楽しみください。
また、当店自慢のおでんや、蕎麦処山形から取り寄せた蕎麦と関西出汁で仕上げた鴨南蛮蕎麦など、旨いもんをあれこれ取り揃えてお待ちしております！

You can enjoy local sake and shochu from all over Japan, carefully selected by sake masters, in a casual and modern atmosphere.

"A mixed and borderless hangout for adults..." Enjoy seasonal and locally sourced side dishes, as well as local sake and shochu carefully selected by a sake master, in the casual atmosphere of a bar.
One of the dishes we recommend is the "Taru Koshu", which is made in a barrel made from the sawara tree that gave the bar its name.
